They weren't a thing inside the USA unless you loaded up on premium movie and sports channels. From 2004~2018 I always paid around 45-60 for basic cable. Sometimes less if I bundled with internet.

Reddit has a culture that normalizes the symptoms of social anxiety. They call it introversion, but the way its described is 100% social anxiety. I am sympathetic, I have it too. Hell, ever male in my dad's family line seems to have it

Some basically give you a “bonus” (or even part of your salary) that is just given in the form of a mandatory 401k contribution. At one company, my salary was stated as X, but it was really .97X plus .03X 401k contribution.

It’s probably model by model. My brother inkjet was just as bad as a hp. Wouldnt print black if color was low, error codes from generic ink. I got a brother laser that doesn’t complain about generic toner.

Jerrycans are about 5 gallons and people tend to have only 1-3 of them. The nationwide capacity to store gas (in reasonable contentions) is probably pretty low compared to average sales.

Depends what the person's employment contract says. 95% of the time, the inventor is required to assign all rights to inventions related to the companies' work to the company. So you have inventor: Steve Wozniak; assignee: Apple

Coordinating employers, schools, shops, etc. to change their hours is incredibly hard—-unless you just change the clock by law. And even if you could coordinate all that, it would have the same effect as day light savings. So why not just d
