I was thinking about immunity generally, from a Shannon information theory perspective. It's impossible that the human body has an infinite ability to absorb immunity, because otherwise we could store an infinite amount of information.

I'm still convinced that "Havana Syndrome" is just CIA officers feeling bad about what they do or who they work for. This used to be called "regret" or "having a conscience". The recordings that "dipl

I have a hard time believing this was / is the real version used. It doesn't seem broad enough. More likely it was a kind of smoketest that made sure that a more automated keyword checker was working. It does remind me of the XKEY

The summary I quote below represents the paranoid or less-successful-than-they-want-to-be professor. There are many at all levels of success and career development have literally devoted their lives to ideas they think will change the world

You might try to get longish distance walkie-talkies. They are cheap and probably go far enough. I let my (similar age) kids free range a block or two, especially if they go together and bring a walkie talkie.

I (and my co-authors) published a paper that was highly-influenced by this work https://ecologylab.net/research/publications/mache_present.p... . It argues for more dynamic (Prezi) like presentations. I think Tuft

This may not kill the large newspapers, but surely it will destroy the local newspapers. When does a tech blog become news? Can you even share anything on the internet through Facebook?

I'm just speaking based on my interpretation. I think the "chalice" is a jeweled cup that seems valuable, but the poison is not what you would expect to drink. So, the deal seems like a big prize, but comes with hard-to-under

I made a custom Django system for my personal website in 2013. It became to old to work with my web host. So, now I just run the django locally long enough to run a wget mirror. Voilà, static content.
