I encourage you to talk to your doctor or a physiatrist but always keep in mind, it is YOUR body and YOUR decision to take a medication. I've been to psychiatrists that will be pushy with medication, gloss over side effects and ignore

Yes it matters, because it isn't banned based on the content, but on the context. The context being the repeated harassment of a single person by many. In your example no one is going to get banned for that, but they will get banned if
