Is it racist to identify cultural differences and strengths and make decisions based off those? For example: I'd much rather hire a Russian programmer than a Chinese programmer simply because I can communicate with the Russian better,

You should coin a new "law". Something to do with beard and tech. Give the law a cool name too. Also, I ALWAYS comment on peoples beards. They love it.

You're putting far too much thought into it. Put it this way, I don't know anybody who actually goes home and just drills into the topics they are profoundly interested in. 99% of people go home, watch some news, and then watch re

Why do you ask silly snide questions? Tell me what is fundamentally wrong with screenshotting an interface, playing with it a bit, coming up with something you like then turning it into code?

Personally I much rather fine tune every pixel of my design so I know exactly what to do when I'm coding, just need to reference my screens.

I work in the corporate world. The reason it's frowned upon is because employers rather see complete projects that you did rather than a bit of random code here and there in an open source project.

Could someone comment on this vs YNAB? With YNAB I have it hooked up on my desktop as well. How does this compare? I like the neat visuals, wish YNAB had those.
