The whining about systemd seems never to get old. Is this on the way to become part of Internet folklore (like Gnu Hurt, etc.)?

Alfred is a recognizable name. Just for something else though: https://www.alfredapp.com/ The Alfred app is popular on the Mac.

IMHO the one star votes are childish reactions. Voting for an app should require to have used the app first.

For me a phone is a tool, not a hobby. I want to use it, not play/tinker with it. Hence I prefer it delivered in a state I can live with and not in a state requiring root and firmware change first.

Yes, I found the name Obi for a world phone an odd pick. OBI is a strong brand in Germany and has also presence other European countries (Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, etc.).

The article misses important points about the reason for the outcry on the proposed law. Many people here are fed up with the overregulating nanny state with more and more unnecessary rules imposed by inept control freaks like Andrea Nahles

Did the same for me. Incognito mode in Chrome fixed that though.

I found the article largely unreadable due to all the movement from the animations. Did the author want to show how bad he can design the screen reading experience?

From reading through the readme: "Incognito mode is a necessary feature for a web browser, but since ...some API not there anymore... the incognito mode is conflict with our UI design, so we stop it" I would rate incognito, or p

Well, the "PHB" was right for once. Requesting the use of mainstream languages like PHP or Python prevented the use of exotics like the author mentioned he would have used. They might be good but their limited user base makes it v

I think there is another reason, besides Magic being scripted in Tcl. Back in the days when some EDA companies decided on Tcl there were only a few languages which could be embedded. Tcl was the only one with some popularity, documentation

How open is this hardware? Are there open specs for Mali? Are there open specs for CSI and DSI? All this is on the board. Available specs are needed to write open source software or at least make it much simpler. I have difficulties to con
