Why `success ? 'method1' : 'method2'` instead of `success ? obj.method1() : obj.method2() `? That seems more concise to me.

I've never understood the pattern of separating out services, controllers and directives into different modules. Your post controller is probably going to need your post service, so why put them in separate modules? Makes more sense t

Speaking of, why in the world does this small front end app need a Laravel back end? Laravel is a full scale framework the size of rails. This is like doing a ToDo MVC app, the pure js one, and requiring Rails.

After fighting and fighting with the asset pipeline I finally realized I could just use gulp to build to my public folder and completely avoid fucking with it. It was an amazing moment of clarity for me.

It depends on which libraries you are using. Sure if you need jQuery and maybe another plug in that's fine, you're at 3 files to be loaded then. 2 from cdn, the jquery and plugin, plus one from your server. For a web application h

So in theory it's as easy as using AngularDart and compiling the javascript and throwing that in my rails assets? I feel like I knew that and for some reason it blows my mind.
