No, by just sending HTML over the wire doesn't make your HTML interactive the way you want.

The problem with Rails in general, is it hard to reuse html form component with is interactive. It's not worth the effort. DHH attitude toward modern FE toolings is insane.

Next evolution of Git should automatically introspect the code base for comment to leaving out all "secrets". My point is, make the code easy to clone in a runnable shape wihtout any hacking on host system.

Sorry, i put all secrets in my code. I don't need 12 factors at all. It's super easy to deploy to multiple environments, because code is single source of truth.

Learn core design patterns only: - Observer patterns => This is your AHA moments ! - Iterator patterns => So that you can use (for item of your_collection) { } And the mother of all clean code: Monad. That's it, you hardly need m

Putting state in html is what they called "progressive enhancement", is such a joke for me after years of blowing away traditional backend frameworks for that reason (they're good at API though). The problem is not about prog

I have a curiousity. Is there a theorem or conjecture like this ? "For any irrational number, like square root of 2, we can always find the approximation of at most 3 rational numbers with just +,-,* and /" ?

THere's a trick i often do on my Typescript projects. To know which other files is using current file, i just add an additional property, then boom, the IDE go red on those files ! Without types, the best you can do is, search, search

I won't use this because of the weird way of framework integration. Just give pure api call, instead of forced convention on file system level. Because i don't use any of "popular" frameworks, that means i have no integr

Because with MySQL, to wrap every column with `` in a query is very clumsy. In most of time, to write mysql query, one should use an ORM. It's not the case with PostgreSQL.

You're correct ... in theory. At least in this project example code, i see tons of empty class like Result.java with empty content, on separate file. So is this normal convention for Java dev ? No eslint (or similar tool) to prevent bo

What you don't get about React is that, in React, the reactivity atom is the component itself, not those state in useState. It's encapsulated if you look from the outside. And what you really care is reactivity at the component le
