Looking at the way the proxy was created on the Nginx server, it seems he's created an open http proxy that's asking to be abused. Anyone could make a curl request to that /apps/bbc-news/proxy uri and pass whatever URL they wanted to hit vi

The homepage tells me nothing about what this company is. And it seems I'm required to grant lots of access to my Facebook account in order to find out. Sorry, moving on.

Saw a demo of this at the last jquery meetup, very cool stuff, and the guy demoing it actually coded a live chat app from scratch so everyone could see how its done. The fact that they also have a hosted solution for people to try hacking a

Cam here to make this comment. Wouldn't be too difficult to build a quick site that aggregates all your transactions, auto-generates appropriate 1099s and mails them to the company accounting addresses it has on file matching the transacti

Very cool idea. For those who want to try at home, try this (mac and unix users only)... cd / find . -exec stat -f "%z" {} \; | cut -c -1 > /tmp/tally.txt sort /tmp/tally.txt | uniq -c Mine came out with... 506 0 80370 1 303
