It was my understanding that it was supposed to – kind of like the credits at the end of a movie. It's not a list of people who work with the production company when you see the movie, just when it was made. Add people whenever you w

I'm pretty "meh" about CodeDeploy; though services are definitely what set AWS apart from competitors, moving code into production hasn't really been a pain point, especially with the "immutable infrastructure forev

If the job is "get an app onto a bunch of boxes and load balance the healthy ones," I feel like AWS has already been doing that for a long time – deploy your code to a box, create an AMI from the box, and use it as a launch config

From what I can tell, it's a combination of a few useful tools: 1) Configuration monitoring – if an app is running on six identical servers, and all of the sudden one box has a different config file sitting on it, or somebody installs

This looks like a really cool setup. My only constructive thought: It'd be really nice to have an option for text messages that was lower-powered than $10/month for 100 of them. I could never come up with three reminders per day,

Honestly, I'd rather Dropbox keep its 1TB plan and make it cheaper. I pay $9.99 a month for it and use it pretty much only for photo storage; it will be years before I fill it up even halfway.

So you're using containers in only staging? I can see why it would be appealing, but have you run into complications with staging being structured so differently from production?
