I think it's fair enough? The discrepancy between a few years and 17 months is outside the realm of ordinary casual imprecision, so it seems like the author made a mistake one way or the other. I'm kind of curious now about how lo

I obviously could be wrong about this, but I wonder if one puzzle per day is too few to get people hooked on the game? I know it worked for Wordle, but that a) had novelty on its side, and b) was lucky. Right now I'd happily play a bun

Interesting game! If I'm reading the code right, the distance between two letters is the straight-line distance between the centres of those two keys on the on-screen keyboard? It might be good to make that explicit; I think the phrase

Not sure how well it fits what you're looking for, but if you're not already aware of tom7/suckerpinch, you might get a kick out of some of his videos -- e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5TFDG-y-EHs

I've been playing around in test mode and I noticed that sometimes the first note or two don't play properly when I click 'play the tune' for the first time. Frustrating in hard mode with limited plays!

Thanks, I honestly appreciate this reply. I'm always a bit worried I'll come across unpleasantly when making posts like that, and spark a negative reaction. In terms of what's likely, from a quick search it looks like the max

I wonder if adblockers have contributed to this. In theory we users can reward non-horrible advertisers by whitelisting their ads, but in practice we tend to block as much as possible. The remaining ad-viewing audience will be partly compos
