Why is this even necessary? If they were found in court to be guilty of having this cheat mode, why weren't they also compelled to produce said code that enables it (and the cheat mode code respectively)? IIUC, the 5th is not applicabl

There are many alternatives for Mac suggested here, but I'd like to share an alternative for Win too, Windowgroomer: https://github.com/aarmea/WindowGroomer It's stale but works perfectly on win10, has just w

This would break if you once press unlock while out of range of the car, unless you have some way to reset the counter - in which case you start creating complex stuff to handle complex situations.

Nice! I started on something similar (project's resting atm). The approach I took was to look for the phone Wi-Fi MAC addresses on the LAN, as in the article. In my case I couldn't get logs from the router, so I pinged the IP spac

You can change the line var toggleTl = new TimelineMax({paused:true}).timeScale(2); to read eg var toggleTl = new TimelineMax({paused:true}).timeScale(5); instead. (I'm not the author, just fiddling)

Can't understand why they even considered using compression at all. A simple mini sd card can easily have room for 128 GB while a typical 3.5" floppy is 1.44MB. There's gonna be quite a lot of floppies to copy before that is

Just a happy user and not affiliated, but Brave was a hallelujah-moment for me. Never got Firefox to be especially fluid, not even close to Chrome. But Brave, IIUC, takes Chromium and adds some adblocking. It's not perfect, and some ad

Ha, not only that it doesn't work, but also that the datasheet/TRM/FUG says it's there and working, while the errata says it does not work and there is no workaround. So I fully agree, reading the errata is essential and

I'm answering my own question, well sort of. The complaint doesn't state this, just "specialized software". This doesn't make the complaint lesser of course. There are all sorts of other tidbits in the complaint tha

I wonder what this "specialized software" is. It sounds like it could be a haxxor hacka-thing software, but likely it's just a FTP-client or similar.

While I'm not a lawyer so I can't speak for how the law looks like, there is a clear difference in intent. The many users wifi interfering with eachother is not by intent, the de-auth packets is nothing but intent to interfere.
