Baby seats have expiration dates and it’s scary how many parents fall for the emotional manipulation around that. It makes the used car seat market dead as well as hand-me-downs

Msft stock is up 10X in 10 years. They are all multi millionaires. I would be complacent too and quibbling over 3% probably isn’t at the top of my list of priorities

I still use my licensed 1Password version from like 10 years ago. I share passwords over Dropbox to my other computers and I cut and paste passwords. It’s not hard at all and I don’t have to pay a subscription.

Where was the “courage” to quote this article while it was happening? This was exactly what I was saying but it was drowned it by people saying it was for the “little guys” which was lies.

Waze has done nothing in the last 8 years. Things like the auto zoom is horrible and especially on car play I have to manually keep zooming In and Out. It was great 10 years so but now it’s below average. Meanwhile Apple navigation is now t

Musk’s MO is to use the legal system in bad faith. That’s his primary tactic. He even does this with his vendors and his customers. With his vendors he just stops paying and then waits until legal action is threatened and then tries to nego

I am thankful I managed to completely avoid both UML and J2EE in my career. Those embody the worst of so called Software engineering practices that I saw in my 30 years of working. It’s governmental bureaucracy embedded into technology that

Perl is the worst language I had the displeasure to work with and I’m glad it’s basically dead. The thing I hated most about it was that it had several ways to the same thing, which made it extremely hard to read code because you had to und
