Seems hard to believe that no one would have bought this brand at least.

In Tiktok's case it's because the revenue is actually flowing through Ireland. EDIT: here's more about the general mechanism I'm referring to https://archive.is/0hcAK

Because, like many other tech companies, Tiktok is funneling most of their global revenue through Ireland where the corporate tax rate is very low. I don't know the specifics of the mechanism used by Tiktok. But, most companies do this

Not an ASIC, it’s running on an FPGA. There is an ARM CPU that bootstraps the FPGA. The rest of what you said is about right.

I send international reply coupons with QSL cards. They no longer sell them in Ireland, where I live, but you can still order them from Swiss Post, online. They work everywhere. They mail them to you for free. https://shop.post.c

My experience so far with MCP is also that this is not ready yet. There are a few working use cases, but generally this stuff is pretty raw.

Apparently you didn’t read what I wrote. I said this person did no harm but the security vulnerability is a serious issue.

Hopefully this is legit. There is no real info. They say both that they are responding to the announcement and that they have been planning it for a year. I doubt that the last part was intensely planned or they’d likely have announced some

The point is to make it expensive to crawl your site. Anyone determined to do so is not blocked. But why would they be determined to do so for some random site? The value to the AI crawler likely does not match the cost to crawl it. It will

They host their own repos, and builds are done on their system, but the layout is pretty simple. Numbered, named files in asciidoc, markdown, etc. your choice.

C nodes are under appreciated. We have one (Cgo) for communicating between Go and Elixir services running in the same Kubernetes pod. The docs are also pretty good for Erlang and its C libs.

I’ve used various forms of S6 init, you might take a look. It has its own scripting called execline, which is good, but you can also just use any shell. It doesn’t do everything systemd does but it’s quite small and very modular. https:&#x

Have been using it in production for years for small projects. But also have a current, larger project in it that is going well. A few years ago I built a high throughput (20k shortens/s) link shortener for work, in Go. I later rewrote

I write a lot of Go. It’s great. CGo is also good. But Crystal is even more easily interoperable with C libs and has a slimmer runtime. It’s also even faster in my real world testing. Down sides vs Go are compiler speed and general ecosyste

This is true but I still can’t figure out why more stores don’t copy Powell’s used and new on the same shelves model. In retrospect it seems so obvious that this is a good idea. And Powell’s has been doing it for decades.

Apotris is the funnest version of this that I’ve played. I have it on an R36s and also on my iPhone via emulation. Works better with native controls but still fun on the phone.
