Do the majority of Americans deserve a raise in the first place? I think a bit of humility might be a good thing to help us rethink our materialistic impulses and desires. This is coming from someone who asked for one, but didn’t receive a

I felt the author’s definition of success in this article was ironically narrow. His thesis is that your success is determined by how well you do perform at your particular job. He also seemed to have some misplaced angst towards management

Loved myst as a kid. A game I played recently that recreated that sense of wonder and exploration was the Talos Principle. Should definitely try it if you enjoyed the Myst series.

This would be a good product for an exchange like coinbase, but they’re making so much money I don’t think it really matters what they do.

I think a lot of people program at work purely for monetary reasons. For this reason they follow the “it works, ship it” mentality because then they can focus on other tasks to make money from. If a sluggish program makes a million dollars

Minor point, it’s a cryptocurrency not a currency. I don’t think it’s fair to compare it to government backed currencies because of its novelty and decentralized properties.

I’m probably not as good a programmer as you are, but isn’t using OOP great for making certain types of programs? Think about making a chess game or something.
