I would be pissed if my $10k ad was now below the fold! putting that middle column for the top third of the page, that shows 'active' comments, crunch board jobs, Tech crunch 50, and video comments is such a waste of real estate. For this

yeah I was thinking you can stack these things and almost get 99.99999% (with around 3-4 of them) of course that makes the cost more, but not 4x.

sure is easy to make someone look dumb from the past, it would be different if this post was made within weeks or months.

it seems too focus too heavily on keyword density. also a internal link, can only pass your own rank (competing with yourself)

just changes the scale of the filtering 'now takes more diggs for the front page' .... so if they havent adjusted yet .. ( although im sure its automatic) it would be easier to hit front page

I just think a article where 8 out of 10 would've been guessed by this community adds little value.

Very good execution on the idea of "brokerage of everything" - if you can find a way to determine relative selling prices, then offer a margin below that - then resell its money in the bank.

this kinda stuff has to embarrass cuil, the results are better (yahoo) but still perhaps an engine like goog, Y! or MSN will by their indexing technology (that is supposedly cheaper)

my friend hit me on im ' heard of cuill' , i said yeah 'not impressed'... the lack of relevant results.. to me means they might be trying to sell there indexing tech. the problem is with 32mm to produce that tech the sell has to be 300mm ,

200mm was fair for a site with 50mm uniques, msft currently has the text ad deal with digg, wonder if that was a major factor. i dont buy the :lack of culture line...

Google can't be subjective, its on a freaking google subdomain. Search engines do treat subdomains as seperate new pages (with little ranking effect from the domain) it still on google.com which makes it golden, then Im sure mattcutts.com/b

equally good and bad, now your app is dependent on facebooks grace, i would rather see a quality score type system, where its a install to unistall ratio. 85 percent and above and you start getting warnings etc..
