I haven't looked at it in detail, but from what I gathered from the README, it just seems like a very simple form of linear genetic programming (with only mutation and no crossover).

This is, in essence, a monkey trying to lower a cost function by randomly manipulating an input AST (empty for synthesis). So theoretically it will be able to produce any program, just not in a reasonable time frame.

Netlify CMS is a headless CMS, you can display your content in plain text if you want. React is only needed in the authoring interface.

Just configure your headless CMS to make changes to your local git repo. NetlifyCMS can do this, I am sure the other ones can do too.

Definitely stronglift for beginners. Not sure about starting strength though. It has power cleans in the program, which takes a long time to get proficient, time that people could have just spent on the big 3 lifts.

You are supposed to start with an empty bar and progress from there, so you have a good amount of time at low weight to work on form. That said, I do agree there should be more flexibility work. The suggested warm ups are also inadequate.
