A significant amount of work is going into both those builds but a lot more is needed. As much as I love having a multiprocess browser the V8 JS engine is the real heart of gold of chrome, and that is cross platform. Just nothing uses it be

I use facebook for showing my twitter updates (as most of my friends don't use twitter), showing my google reader shares (as most of my friends don't have google reader) and for event planning. The ability to easily share videos and photos

When this happens part of me goes "Nooo!! I could have done that!" and another part goes "Sweet!! Now I don't have to build it!" It's hard to get the two parts to settled back down though.

It's tiny, you don't need keys, it can run any any port privileged or not with or without an install. It can take a port and pipe it to a shell, or a program, or the file system. I guess I didn't say anything the article didn't, I've mostly

What problems? Package dependency problems? The worse that I've had happen is having to deal with broken packages. The amount of times I haven't had to deal with figuring out dependencies makes it more then worthwhile, IMHO.

That's why I use SuperGenPass, it works on every browser, it's open source (it's Javascript) it's handy and it even works on my phone. I've got a different password for almost every site now and I don't even have to know them.
