This thing has been floating around for years--and I see it in some classic gamer group on FB or Reddit a couple of times a month. Can anyone point me to a change.org petition that made any difference whatsoever?

At one point, a lot of my consulting business was figuring out code like that, that others have written.

Make money by finding clients or customers to pay you a higher rate than it costs you to produce something. Conceptually it isn't that hard. Putting it in practice is not always easy. I imagine a data science business would be a servic

In my version of the world, podcasts and YouTube video tutorials were alive and thriving 10 years ago; I'm not sure why they would suddenly kill conferences.

Burning out and quitting my job with no plan. Through word of mouth / networking I got a few consulting gigs and things snowballed and I've been doing that for 18 years. When dealing with short-term clients you learn how to swallo

I think arguably, both options are correct. It is probably valid for a game publisher to claim copyright on the game's music--assuming they created it for the game [as opposed to licensing it]. I also believe that a playthrough video p

LOL! I thought that too, but I do not own the copyright on the game or the sound effect.

That's no longer the case. I post a bunch of game playthrough vids and there are a lot of options to contest claims like that now. I had a recent one where the sound effect from a game released in the 1990s was claimed as being part o

My own anecdote; 12 years of Catholic School, graduated HS in early 90s. In my Freshman year of High School, the English teacher gave us a grammar test on the first day to see where we were. Two people passed [including me--I got one quest

I got my unit on initial release, so have had it for roughly 2 years. It was hit or miss for the first 3 months, but various updates solved all the issues. It's been running like champ ever since.

If I download a W9 from the IRS web site I can fill it out directly using Acrobat. I'm pretty sure the free reader is all you need. I guess I'm not understanding the niche you fill. Good luck with it, though.
