Well... if you look behind anything that plugs into a wall socket you will see that it has ( among many other things) a CE mark. Even things in the USofA have a CE mark. If your new product cannot have its CE mark for whatever reason, you

I understand the hacker rationale to have fun owning the device, and i would like it to stay that way. But... please do not forget that the CRA will put a heavy blanket on that fire.

It's too large to write in the margin of this book...

Interesting. This posture contradicts quite a few testimonials we can read about everywhere, including here in HN. Maybe it's the salaries, then, that are half what they should be?

It is specific to the Brikka. They put a pressure valve in the column. The coffee must reach a certain pressure before it starts to flow. You may try whatever amount of water you want... just don't let it burn in place! There is a subt

Two different machines, they make very different coffee. The brikka is exceptional, if you like espresso. I have a Brikka "Induction" with a stainless steel machined bottom part. Today I looked and apparently they decided to skimp

Americano? I would not touch that with a ten-foot pole. No... no water. The Brikka has a pressure valve and the 200 ml of water yield about 125-150 ml of coffee. You might call it a double lungo, but with a bit of crema (yep) and no acidity

I used to have a decent espresso machine at home, and try , from time to time, supposedly "barista quality" espressos from cafes around here. I agree wholeheartedly with those who say the coffee beans, the grinder and the barista

When 75% of the people in the USA did NOT vote for the current regime, i can hardly call that democratic. You pay taxes? Vote. Should be mandatory, and the government should make it extremely easy to do.

Wow. Are you for real? I thought this kind of bigotry was only used by far right shit to manipulate feeble-minded people. I'll be generous and assume this comment was not made by a human, but by a bot.

by realo 6mo ago
Yes... me too. It is called a democratic country, where citizens value the environment created around them by their government. That is NOT what the USA is, at the moment. Very happy not to live there, or go there in any capacity.

What I actually want is not a backup. That is just an artefact of the process. What i want is restores. The ability to restore anything from ideally any point back in time. How that is achieved is not my concern. Obviously Backblaze does no

If I backup a file, I need to read that file. The rest is in the management layer underneath that file. Seems simple enough to do for Backblaze, no?

THC is perfectly legal here (Quebec, Canada) and believe me, there is no smell on the streets! What is actually disgusting and happens often in the streets is the smell of ordinary cigarette smoke.
