I think the comment was referring to things like internal company data, or licensed data that is not publicly available, etc. Those things could be a competitive advantage.

>entrenchment of existing inequalities This can also refer to wealth inequality. Especially between people who work for a living vs people who own assets for a living. And it's worth putting that first, because it's arguably

One random idea: Wordle clone tutorials are of course all over the web (just google make wordle clone and see the results), but what about a browser extension + Discord bot, that lets groups of friends compare their scores for the offic

Well, it's not like I'm just going to trust a comment like this either :) I would like to see it in action, and then I'll form an opinion.

The demo video shows it making a game of life. People really should start using examples that don't have literally thousands of step by step tutorials all over the web. That includes clones of Wordle, Flappy Bird, generic todo lists,

I wonder if this is anything like the YouTube comment spam that appears under every finance-related video. There are always entire comment chains talking about how important it is to invest wisely and then plugging some random person's

Oh, I had no idea! I didn't account for that (or a bunch of other things like temperature). So yeah, might be a bit off, but not as much as the wrong initial answers from the LLM - which also failed to mention this.

Yes, you need to know the densities, but the models outputted the correct densities even as part of the wrong answer. Not sure what you mean by volumes "not adding". One way to calculate it is like: density_alcohol = 0.789g&

It failed on this math problem: how much alcohol volume is there in 16 grams of a 40% ABV drink, with the rest being water? All models seem to get confused between volume and weight (even after they clearly mention both in the first sente

Yes, if you're willing to jump through scare dialogs and search for where in the UI to find "hidden" settings, you can manually override it per app as before.

The point of having it in the type system is not just to force you to check it. It is also to clearly document where you need to check it, and just as important, where you don't. Without it, you don't have that " this is guar

The article, while talking about some very real problems, seems to be completely unrelated to the question of whether or not AI is likely to have that capability in the near/mid future (which is what the title implies).

That demo is partially faked - if you look at the "plan B" button, it doesn't actually make the UI show some newly changed data, it simply hides the entire window, and shows a different pre-made static window. Even the "
