What's stopping people from accidentally ordering things with this thing? Could I go into somebody's house that has one of these devices setup and say "Alexa, order some breast clamps" ?

Doesn't matter. Money is created through debt on national level. Eliminate the debt and you're running risk of deflation, not to mention other economic issues associated with that, like job losses in public sectors.

Well, part of it is that they increased the size of the "spectrum" by adding more conditions and that doctors now check early in case intervention may be required are why the numbers are not so high. Take for example my daughter.

I bet you they don't take Apple Pay or Android Pay because of transaction fees. Them rolling out their own payment system probably saves them quite a bit on fees.
