Banking hasnt switched to oAuth. Robinhood switched to Plaid and it loggs in as you to your bank. I researched it and believe it or not this is how they do it still.

Bad UX to me makes me feel like I am listening to a "form nazi" screaming at me. PASSWORD TOO SHORT, MISSING REQUIRED FIELDS, ETC HR apps are the absolute worst.
