This has been my experience as well. Most of the writers are either under so much pressure to pump out articles they just simply don't have time to fully vet every source OR they're a contractor and don't care to seriously ve

To my knowledge, licenses aren't limited anymore and it's fairly easy to get an interstate license. State licensing varies but generally, it's easy as well.

It's actually a good industry to look at for any economist looking to study regulation affects. In the 80s they deregulated the industry which led to a proliferation of shady movers and scams. Since the 80s they've been slowly add

Can confirm, the moving industry is still a 'good ole boys network.' I've seen quite a few well-funded startups in the space fail and one of the culprits (among many) is usually because the movers are very skeptical of new se

Been seeing so much bad press on the tax bill but I feel like it's partially because I frequent more liberal-leaning sources (reddit, HN, Facebook friends). Can anyone post some well reasoned articles for the tax bill? Also, Social Sec

The interesting point in the article though is that anti-trust laws already have enough teeth to regulate bad ISP behavior. I'm not sure if this is totally true or if the wait and see approach and then regulate makes sense, but it is h
