I had a really bad experience with Pulumi in February/March that probably cost me around 4 weeks of lost dev time, possibly more. Context: Not a DevOps guy, created a serverless site using Typescript, created the infrastructure for it

DownDog is one of the best apps I've ever come across, and definitely the best stretching app I've encountered having tried many yoga apps on the App Store plus Pliability and GoWod https://www.downdogapp.com

The ironic thing about this is that it reminds me of how the podcast used to be a few years before Spotify, before it got bogged down in politics and Joe asked more interesting questions and it was just generally funner. I just listened to

I think this price might be part Apple tax. I just went on the browser and it's £11.99 but it's £15.99 through the iOS Youtube App so it's actually better value than IE if bought online.

Video game and movie illustrators are completely fucked which is sad. Very interested to see how this plays out in the comic/graphic novel space. I could theoretically see the big hitters getting behind human artists for the marketing

Imagine you yourself no longer meet these standards. What happens if you’re in a car crash and you’re seriously injured for years and lose your socioeconomic status and your chiselled abs? Do you think your husband should leave you because

Hard disagree with this. The majority don’t care about twitter, the only people who absolutely adore it are journalists and techies which is why it was such a big deal in the news and on forums and everyone in the real world just went about

Fairly high profile people like Neil Gaiman created mastodon accounts so I think there definitely was the potential for something else to take over if that something else was user friendly enough. Mastodon was never going to be it but there

They really needed this to exist about 6 months ago or whenever it was that Musk bought Twitter. There was a mass exodus then to Mastodon, and if they’d have brought this out then I reckon they would have done a good job of immediately deth

I watched a video on how they made the mandalorian today and Hollywood is basically moving away from green screens towards gigantic curved lcd screens which have scenes created in a 3d games engine. It produces more natural lighting results
