You're an AI, right? Because a human would come across as crass with that statement...

No, literally. Mistral, Gemini, opencode, everything supported by Toad, etc. I’ve tried them all. I just don’t like using either Claude Code or Codex, so I didn’t add them to agentbox and stuck with Copilot because it gives me both OpenAI a

Yeah, ACP adds another layer of marshaling/unmarshaling (or two-one on each side) and can be slower than API calls on occasion. Like MCP, it adds JSON overhead that doesn’t really need to be there. The best option will always be in-mem

I’ve built my own flavor ( https://github.com/rcarmo/piclaw ) and use it to batch convert documentation, check some news (it runs Playwright and sends me summaries of specific sites that don’t have RSS feeds) and do mode

The claw version’s web UI essentially has better thinking output, more visibility of tool calls, and slightly better SSE streaming. I’ve backported some of it to vibes, but if you want to borrow UI stuff, the better bits are in piclaw. I us

The better web UI is now part of https://github.com/rcarmo/piclaw (which is essentially the same, but with more polish and a claw-like memory system). So you can pick if you want TS or Python as the back-end :)

You probably want to look into pi then - it's extremely extensible.

My current fave harness. I've been using it to great effect, since it is self-extensible, and added support for it to https://github.com/rcarmo/vibes because it is so much faster than ACP.

If you just want Whatsapp and webchat, I'm hacking https://github.com/rcarmo/piclaw from NanoClaw and my own web front-end (I prefer a simple web app I can access via tailscale)

I am going to chalk this up as another datapoint in the "Apple cannot retain talent" chart. I don't know what the heck they are doing, but everyone they've acquired seems to leave as soon as they can instead of staying.

This. I just can’t bring myself to use FreeCAD for anything. It’s been almost a decade of occasional attempts during vacation breaks and it is still one of the worst, most counter-intuitive pieces of 3D software I’ve ever used (and I paid m

I only generate skills _after_ I've worked through a problem with the model - usually by asking it "what have you learned in this session?". I have no idea why people would think it can zero-shot a problem space without any g
