I don’t have much faith in Google for doing that. The Google Photo app only works on iOS if you allow it access to the iOS photo library. I wanted to use it to access photos shared with me, or otherwise stored in Google Photos, not to giv

Kids, people have kids and kids nap. It’s a nightmare trying to find a hotel that has a suite with a door between the bedroom and the rest of the room. Leaving you to either book adjoining rooms or calling hotels until you find one that ha

This har me confused at first too. Basically you are playing audio on the device and that audio will send a command to the same device. If I’m watching a video on my phone and say hey siri, it will interrupt the audio playing from my phon

This is a 40 year old tax, in what way is this an increase? Also this is earmarked specifically for transportation so it has to be spent on things like roads, highways, and mass transit. If you think sales tax is too high lower the “slush

This is the same thing the politicians fight about every time out here. Scottsdale doesn’t want light rail because it will help the “wrong people” get deeper into Scottsdale. Glendale doesn’t want light rail because apparently they just wan

So with infrequent use you use about 1% of the cartridge just cleaning. I typically print 1-3 pages when I print something. So your ink cartridge would give me about 200 pages.

Ah yes pissing off your customers because you think they’ll not just accept a worse experience, they’ll actually pay more for it. It’s a bold strategy.

Sounds like they're working on the world model at least in places. With the removal of the parking sensors, they've started remembering obstructions that are now out of the cameras' vision.

I strongly disagree. My biggest issue with the Polestar was its jank android auto interface.

I also think they haven’t figured out how to do the sensor fusion with the compute available.

I see LIDAR self driving vehicles all over the place around Phoenix and Tempe. My Tesla’s autopilot can’t reliably stay on the correct side of the road going through intersections.

Sounds more like you are describing Chase bank. It’s tried and true and millions of businesses from small mom and pops to fortune 10 companies use them. They’ve seen it all and could even be an underwriter for your IPO. They can take you

This isn’t new, there are open source “artificial pancreases” out there that have been around since at least 2017[1]. It’s good to see more focus and study on this though. [1] https://www.hanselman.com/blog/open-source

It’s too late, the Tesla fanboy subreddit has been on the FSD hate train for a while now. I’m shocked at how bad autopilot is on my Tesla, my wife’s 2018 Honda CR-V has better “autopilot” in the form of lane keep assist and adaptive cruise

“Let’s be very honest, We don’t have a commercially available heavy-lift vehicle. The Falcon 9 Heavy may some day come about. It’s on the drawing board right now. SLS is real.” If in 2014, when this was said, NASA asked and funded SpaceX to
