This is strange to me, canteens are very common in Eastern Europe and I assumed they exist everywhere, I'm guessing it's due to the cooking styles, we do a lot of soups and stews which are perfect for this.

It could be interesting for deploying small presentation websites for clients. I think editing a file on your computer, using a Markdown editor for example, to change the text for a page, would be more intuitive and practical than editing
