As I recall, the issue wasn't just that she downloaded the 24 songs, but that she made them available for download (shared). For that I would tack on an extra $7-$8 per song to account for the (likely) small number of people who downloaded

While I pretty much agree with you, and the water heater advice is great, I suspect that a decent part of that $300 jump in the winter is because the temperature of the water entering your home during the winter is much colder than it is in

According to their actual website, you can set it up so that it feeds the warmed water back into the water heater, rather than straight back into the shower. Apparently there are thermostatic mixing valves that would probably help with your

I've always thought of time as a measurement of change. No change, no time (i.e. if all particles in the universe were frozen in place at absolute zero then there would be no measurable change and time would not exist).

It seems that Amazon would agree with that assessment, since they own Audible.com, the web's biggest audio book seller. One would imagine that if they thought the kindle's reading feature would infringe upon/destroy the audio book business,

Actually, I think you'd be surprised how often this happens: 1. New episode of favorite show airs 2. Forget to record. 3. Look on network site, not up yet. 4. Look on Hulu, not there either. 5. Pirate Bay and done.

It was a BBS that first introduced me to the beauty of multiplayer FPS goodness as well as the infamous MUD, Legend of the Red Dragon. My friend and I used to play Doom on a local BBS using a program called MILK. Those were good days.
