They are actually based in Zürich (I take the tram past their building each day). I don't think they do DNS though. They don't just do educational domains, though they do focus on that domain (no pun intended).

My method for dealing with old drives: - remove top plate of drive - a number of heavy blows with a Sledgehammer. - incineration. This usually does the trick.

At work, I develop on OS X (aka Darwin, derived in part from BSD) and deploy on Linux (mostly Debian). For personal endeavours, I have FreeBSD running. In general, I've found FreeBSD to be more stable and to have more of an "engineered" fee

It will be interesting to see if Pharo merges in this work, but.. regardless, this is an excellent development and I look forwards to playing with it.
