Roll the blade forward until the oil/water squeezes out from under it. You’ll see that happen when the blade is flat. Check out Rex Krueger’s sharpening videos on YouTube to see this in action

It’s because you use cloudflare dns. Switch to another dns provider. Seems to be a spat between the author of archive and cloudflare about what the proper dns protocol requires. Can read more about it if you search through hacker news

Oh yeah. The Manta sleep mask is incredible if you’re a back sleeper. One of my favorite recent purchases. Truly a blackout sleep mask and very comfortable. Great for travel in addition to getting deeper sleep at home
