I have always preferred to sit in my car to eat at a park or some relatively peaceful place in the shade without too much activity. Sitting in a big dirty room with a bunch of people watching me eat has never been comfortable.

That's only active shooter events. There are other cases where armed civilians have stopped a crime. I don't have such data readily available, though.

By default there is no assurance that any external resource you use is going to be the same every time. Whether that's another image, a package you install, etc. This is something you have to ensure yourself if you want it to be actual
