If you are interested only in new posts, you can look in blogs' RSS feeds. They are nearly always in default locations. Or you could parse the URL - I had a similar task some time ago, and I went with URLs - Blogger and Typepad are consiste

I know a lot of people here in Russia, aged anywhere between 10 - 60, who are in some way severely limited in opportunities because they do not speak English. I'd advise learning it as a must - it simply "opens too many doors" to be ignored

Existing startups will probably have a hard time trying to decrease the burn rate and at the same time growing traffic. On the contrary, potential startup founders will have more reasons to think of their projects as businesses - trying to

Yandex is local - limited to CIS (ex-USSR zone) in terms of people the search results (and the search index) are optimized for. Yandex is mainstream, it's not a geeky site, and most Russians don't speak English well enough to prefer origina

I was tought PHP that way (I only used to program in Delphi before a bit). Initially, I read the basic parts of the PHP manual (about syntax, etc), then we and my friend (a PHP master) sat for about 5 hours and wrote code that did a lot of
