Not an issue and I'll tell you why. If the gains plateau, then there's really no need to make productivity sacrifices here for the societal good, because there's so much competition, and various levels of open models that are

That's a pretty good take. I was actually looking for a good analogy recently I think if I was just starting out learning to program, I would find something fun to build and pick a very correct, typed, and compiled language like Haskel

This is interesting. Maybe slow it down a bit? What I've found is I really need to be extremely involved. I approve every change (claude-code). I'm basically micromanaging an AI developer. I'm constantly reading and correctin

You're looking at (coloured) diffs in your shell is all when it comes to coding. It's pretty easy to setup MCP and have claude be the director. Like I have zen MCP running with an OpenRouter API key, and will ask claude to consult

I was checking that out too. Looks like claude was co-author on the initial commit, which is like 90%. https://github.com/MiguelsPizza/WebMCP/commit/26ec4a75354b1c...

I think this is the practical way. The website owner (or rather the builder, since if you're running wordpress, we can assume MCP will be part of the package) is already responsible for the human interface across many devices, and also

This looks great. I'd really like to add something like this to my application (public and admin side). I have users, especially on the admin side, that could really benefit.

Everything is different at scale. I'm not giving a specific opinion on copyright here, but it just doesn't make sense when we try to apply individual rights and rules to systems of massive scale. I really think we need to understa

I think you're missing the point. Communism doesn't actually exist in the real world. In fact you are right now using it as a straw man (my entire point). Who in the actual real world with any authority at all is telling you you c

Well my business doesn't rely on AI as a competitive advantage, at least not yet anyways. So as it stands, if claude got 100x as effective, but cost 100x more, I'm not sure I could justify the cost because my market might just not

Communism is an ideal but never a reality. What you see in reality is at best an attempt at communism which is quickly derailed by corruption and greed. I mean, it's great to have ideals, but you should also recognize when those ideals
