We defined Tailwind config overriding the default values to match our design system. Then on top of this we have components library with common basic components and layouts Then inside the apps we use the components and that Tailwind config

Mmmm this could be solved using Zero-Knowledge proofs. When registering pick an elo. Provide a proof that you own the account in that Elo range and then you can create another account that will start in that Elo range.

I make it a point on our planning sessions and reserve a task here and there for things like this. Or explicitly plan a task to be done in quick& dirty way and acknowledging we will another task to clean it up later. Works great for me
