jeffbee, actually, you do and it works well, you don't have to do more than use a library. You get it out of the box in GCP. It works with Opentelemetry / OpenCensus Dapper was not embedded in Stubby either.

One of my past career pet peeves was not being able to work in the same team with some people I was really excited to work daily with. I almost joined the research group, passed interviews, got accepted, but eventually everything got stalle

Security by obscurity naturally transform security into a probability. When you use given hard opaque rules (e.g. TLS + X Y Z) you stop thinking in depth. Instead when you think about layers of obscurity, you go much deeper affecting the p

You need something like HBase, but embedded. MVCC would give you the snapshot isolation (perhaps there's something with less guarantees?) and you'd need key lexicographic ordering to do efficient scanning. You'd only need the

I think the current fundamental structures are influenced by the Bourbaki group, however it has gaps. Category Theory is likely able to fill those gaps and I guess it will end up as the foundational layer of both mathematics, computer scien

We're periodically retrying things.. (had 3 attempts with NuGet). So does this include a redo of / incorporates the package registry? It would make sense to treat them uniformly.
