what it comes down to is people here don't present easily dismissible notions for my above average intelligence to ignore; those on reddit do. Not having a downvote is valuable. Limiting max score is valuable. but people still abuse ov

random interruptions aren't the problem, it's having to drop de-coupling work in a RTOS that I'm 3 days into when I get a support request that requires me to do the same in a second codebase, and then a phone call about a pro

Europe has a stronger copyright which has actually proven a bit more sane than our software patent woes; both granting more protection than copyright but less than an algorithm patent.

if "next generation processes" is really the best you can come up with... Those people are working on EUV at ASML. Those are the next generation processes. What you're suggesting is they have some super science quantum-tunnel

try "criticism of EU patent law" I can't find the original article. It was pretty silly, around 2008 or 2009, the court ruled something basically opposite to the written intent. I think it had to do with a really low barrier

perhaps you didn't look at the atoms in the picture I linked. At 4nm no amount of dielectric will save you from the quantum tunneling.

I would look at how much they actually cost you. Cost you. If they didn't cost much of anything refund them up to the cost to you to do business, including overhead

what else would they use? it's perfectly inert, there's nothing to engineer. Traditionally coffee is vacuum packed, but nitrogen works fine too

well, we're hitting process node limits (5, maybe 4nm) in 10 years so I think we better stop it. http://www.chipworks.com/media/wpmu/uploads/blogs.dir/2/file... You see those little dots? Those

if by right gas mixture you mean 100% nitrogen, it's inert, and is used in tires and bags of chips. When the bags of chips are opened, however, the other special ingredient 'crisp' that they put in escapes
