I had some wrist pain building up during typing, which stopped since I switched to the ergodox. But it is a bit huge in my opinion.

Had to use Office356 recently, because libreoffice kept putting strange, large, unremovable rectangles in the spreadsheet I got handed. I wished, i would not have to touch this Microsoft filth, but I had work to do and libreoffice kept bug

But it is worth the struggle. I can now create links to emails inside of my todos, or even better: capture mails with org-capture into todos.

That one is a bit confusing, yes. I had to read some manuals and exaaples, but now it is working fine with mbsync. The arch linux wiki was helpful i think.

I can understand the stance of "master" being unintuitive. The racism part i do not understand. It seems very narrow minded, to bind words which have roots tracing back thousands of years to one special meaning in recent history.

I moved to xmpp only for instant messaging over a year ago. At first it was met with great resistance by my contacts, but by now my family and almost every relevant friend installed conversations on their smartphone. I helped with the setup

I am quite happy with xmpp being unpopular, as it means governmental pressure against E2E encryption will most likely never reach this place.
