Nope. "Public" education implies that everyone can have it. Vouchers don't provide admission, just a means to pay tuition if you are accepted.

This is kinda disingenuous. 1) Vouchers do not cover the cost of most DC area private schools. They provide approx. $7500, but most top tier schools cast approx $20k, so the school is expected to kick in the remainder. 2) If vouchers became
