If the AppleTV gets iPlayer and 4OD (I guess the equivalent would be Hulu for the US) then I would cancel my cable box immediately. I've got Freeview for live digital TV, the AppleTV could then take care of all non-live watching.

Agreed - if it's a site aimed at a non-technical audience I put it on www. and 301 domain.tld to www. And the other way round for sites aimed at a more technical audience.

Well for facebook.com/productname that means a commercial decision - is it worth excluding a (probably) significant portion of the internet from viewing our product's site.

It may be a one-off cost but writing a billing system is still a few weeks work. Pro-rataing on upgrades/downgrades, support for one-off overage fees, refunds, credits. Plus dealing with the fallout when you get a decimal place wrong in a

As I understood it you have to have written procedures and policies, with fully secure change control and logging for section C ?!?

Do the credit card numbers ever travel via your server? Even temporarily in memory? If so you are liable for PCI-DSS section C, which is a LOT of hoops to jump through. Spreedly saves you from that.

I think the difference between the best SEO agencies and the majority is that the best continually run experiments to try and understand what Google is doing. This takes no little skill and a lot of time and effort. The rest just read and

I suspect seeing customer service as a problem is the root of it. there's no algorithm for it, just people.

I think a major factor is that most people despise their "real" computers, even though they like what they can do with them. Which is why they don't care about the locked down nature of the App Store - in fact it's an advantage.

Maybe not offensive. But definitely distracting and defeats the purpose of Twitter - which, for me at least, is to show me stuff I'm interested in . Plus, it takes up a load of pixels on a device that is already short on screen space (a p

last year there were a number of stories in the UK press (not that that is necessarily an indicator of accuracy) about renters having a month's notice to move out as the landlord had defaulted on the mortgage (and not informed the tenants).

That makes no sense ... apps that run in Mobile Safari get Nitro, native apps that use a browser component use the old JS engine. How is that boosting the App Store?
