Awful glitchy site, hopefully not a reflection of the product.

My “favourite” macOS bug is 14 years old and I have reported it countless times, including in email exchanges with Federighi. The OS doesn’t respect an app’s input language and changes it when switching apps. Default input, English, gets ov

Makes sense, but the problem is AAPL gives us no choice. It’s only big, bigger, huge.

They need to add CDN, caching etc. in the core WP and anyone can have a viable self-published, self-hosted site. Why depend on minefield plugins and/or paid hosting?

I use RSS for news, just need http://cappuccinoapp.com to be stable and to sync via iCloud properly.

Amazingly, Shadow DOM does not block all outside CSS. The * properties leak in, unless you add #container { all: initial; } inside, but that doesn't work in Firefox. I wonder why authors forget this strange fact.

“Inside” is easily my GOTY 2016, it's phenomenal and the level of polish puts most AAA titles to shame. Then there is that ending... wow.

On scaling other than 2x, it's unusable, while the MBP mobile Radeon Pro is good enough. They should have included that at least.

The MBP 15" mobile Radeon Pro is decent and does 4K well. It would only cost Apple 1mm of extra thickness and what, $60? There is no excuse.

I bought a 2016 13" MBP to use it on an external display. It only works well on 2.5K. Always consider the GPU nowadays.

In a world of 5K displays and Apple's insistence on smoothness, this GPU just won't work.

Not all apps need many resources. The beauty of Web apps is simplification and delivering crucial functionality. Limitations and focus are good things.

Same here. Recently discovered the RSS reader Cappuccino (thanks HN) and so far it seems to fix the problem. It even syncs unread posts between Mac and iPad.
