Can you elaborate on “paid” ? Because I honestly still have no idea if my usage of AI Studio is used for training purposes. I have google workspace business standard, which comes with some pro AI features. Eg, Gemini chat clearly shows “Pro

Haha, oh yeah it’s completely fake, just meant to imitate how ridiculous and hard to understand normal git manual and settings are, you’re not alone. With the ‘pre-AI’, just wanted to give context that I found it long ago and that afaik it’

I even occasionally get audio issues on Netflix (AppleTV plugged into Samsung 4k oled tv), which I assume are due to some kind of DRM, though never dug into it. Sometimes when switching inputs (firetv stick / AppleTV stick), or switchi

Oh nice, thanks, just set this up! Though seems like I needed to do enable it separately for the web version and iOS app.

HomeDepot’s is even crazier. You input just your email and hit Next. Then a button appears to “Send magic link” to login via that annoying method. And then there is a tiny text below: “Want to use a different login method? Wait 10s…9s…8s…”.

Oh yeah? That’s surprising, I’m doing something similar - with esp32s from M5stack, specifically their SCD41 sensor for co2 (same as in the device in the post), with an AtomS3 to drive it, and it’s super responsive and I think very accurate

I use LosslessCut for simple edits like this, works pretty well. Allows you to merge and split without reencoding. https://mifi.no/losslesscut/

Is that kind of refresh rate even supported by current hdmi/displayport standards and graphics cards? Can I realistically expect to - for example - make a 4k hdr video at 500 fps, and play it back on that screen, connected to something

If you have a FireTV stick or something Android based for your TV, I can recommend SmartTubenext for browsing/watching YouTube. I still use AppleTV for pretty much everything else, but got a firetv stick just to use that. https:/

Probably better to put in a separate restricted vlan. Who knows, maybe one day some piece of firmware code will kick in to start rotating MACs to lie who the device is to get a connection.
