You've missed the main point of the article: "opinions are used interchangeably with facts", and rushed to post an opinion not (as far as one could tell from your post) based on fact. Do you have anything to back up your claim that a "male

One peculiar thing that I noticed in those statistics is that Daymond John was leading in terms of deals. He isn't. Look at the numbers again, Barbara Corcoran has done the most deals, Kevin O'Leary has invested the most money.

"Strictly speaking", in Minnesota where I am currently located, oral sex is prohibited, and is punishable by up to a year in jail and a $3,000 fine. Would you seriously defend an article that discusses this as "factually accurate"? Honestly

(Recycling my own old comment). The whole "shortage of IT talent" hysteria is way overblown when you look at the actual numbers. Just one example, latest DICE salary report: http://media.dice.com/report/2012-2011-dice-salary-survey/ Contr

I read your comment as essentially advocating vigilante justice as well. If you are not saying "we are free to steal if we think it's for the public good", then what are you saying?

The charging stations take one hour to fully charge the 85 Kwh Model S that was test-driven. A 30-minute charge would give the vehicle enough juice for 150 miles of travel. http://www.technewsworld.com/story/77299.html

When you are signing a petition titled "Fire Assistant U.S. Attorney Steve Heymann", it is not to "simply let others know my attitude". You are, quite literally, petitioning to get the guy fired.

Oh please. There is fantasy land and then there is reality. Press releases are not guns. White-collar criminals do not die resisting arrest. And internet bullies like Torvalds cause way more suicides than prosecutors like Ortiz.

Just a few months ago, Linus Torvalds urged "mentally diseased" people to kill themselves over printer security and now, he is a Crusader Against Bullies Who Make People Kill Themselves. Bacteria have more self-awareness than this. In Linus

Kind of like a hotel is a physical object but your stay in it is intangible so once you forge the key you are entitled in staying for free? Or kind of like McDonald's brand name is intangible so anyone can open a shack and call it McDonalds

I am surprised to see someone on hacker news saying that information should not be free. Using the word "information" in this context is rather disingenuous. We don't play music on our information players, we don't buy books at the local
