Run win11 with debloat patches, behind a firewall that blocks everything, then use a socks proxy for Steam and everything else that you want to connect to the internet. Edit: okay, the firewall might become annoying to maintain if multiplay

I've never heard of Wordpress.org banning any legitimate WordPress site from accessing their plugins and themes repository. It would have made zero business sense for WP Engine to prepare for being banned like this.

Could you give examples of trouble you've had after updating Immich? Haven't had any myself.

Only if you avoid common plugins that need some server-side interaction, for instance Gravity Forms. (Probably _unless_ you use some custom rewrite rules, but then you're walking on less-trodden paths)

It might not be WordPress, but then WordPress is often an inefficient, error-prone piece of dung anyway. WP Engine is the only painless WordPress hosting solution I've seen. It's fast and has a great backend panel for debugging. H

What software did you use to set all this up? Kindof interested in giving this a shot myself.

I actually thought that last paragraph really undermined his case, because rather than substantiating like he did before, here he goes all out and just insults whoever he can think of; people who take it in the ass, greybeards, the Chinese,

I've only just started learning about this field myself, but your approach looks good. That article has some follow-ups which should be linked below it or can be googled. IIRC the author uses some clever shortcuts to speed up the work.
