The things people experimented with 15 years ago are mostly settled now. Maybe you'd like a research engineer job in a lab or startup?

Do you still expect that to work now that the decade of low interest rates is over? Shouldn't people buy individual bonds instead?

Do Not Disturb by default is a question of taste and use case, they probably brought to the desktop what people seemed to like on mobile devices. Applications stealing focus is a plague though. Maybe Apple will finally figure out that it&#x

I don't understand why they're trying to turn iPads into laptops. Just start from their existing laptops and make them more mobile instead of trying to inflate a phone OS into something that does the job? Is this about control ove

The Iraq WMD thing is the one everybody has been falling back on whenever they need to prove their claims that "all western media are propaganda" for a decade or more. It's been 20 years, the NYT recognized the lie and apolog

Does any other brand have something similar to Apple's support? I was kinda surprised to see that you could get called back as easily as I did. Or that their stores could quickly fix e.g. a bricked bootloader. The Windows/Android

Why can't the compiler decrement indices as needed? It makes sense to keep 0-based indexing in the final binary, but the language's design doesn't constrain that.

I tried using the latest stable Flux.jl with the latest stable Julia interpreter about a year ago, and most of it didn't work. Some of the simplest model usage examples led to a traceback with dozens of frames, ending in an incomprehen

The current French fifth republic started when De Gaulle had a new constitution written, during the fourth republic. A democracy changing its rules by referendum while staying a democracy shouldn't really count as a new regime. Edit: a
