this is why again, researchers should just honestly sell these to vuln brokers instead of donating them to trillion dollar companies for nothing. nothing will change until big tech can no longer rip off security researchers

this is awesome, I've also been looking for these kinds of cables more than the "braided" cables which are stiff and tend to eventually take some kind of shape and not straighten back

because with proper code exec you can trigger other bugs to escalate beyond the sandbox, whereas with JS you'd have to find a bug to escape from JS to native can't get a proper ios/Android RCE with just JS code exec

I think this is happening right now. It's beyond ridiculous and many seem to be praising 5.6 Sol and others, even Grok 4.6 seems to be a breath of fresh air

I think people would like to understand what the "sandbox" is here and what isolation does it provide, is it an unprivileged process? something chromium specific? a v8/JS thing? etc.

I think it's just that many of us don't have the capability to just do things in rote or the conventional ways, instead we must rely more on the creative and unconventional ways of doing things and parts of the brain responsible f

is this actually the case? I haven't kept up with the small models but if there's roughly Sonnet 4.6 level capable open small models, then I'd be impressed

I knew that there was no real moat from the very start, I mean, these things were close enough from the very start, how could it not result in a race to the bottom, especially as you can't really prevent distillation reliably?

those are the vast majority of games that people play and people won't switch if there is no way to switch, it's like asking people to go on a hunger strike

it seems like the entire world is in some kind of delusional trance, generating "value" with these AI slop articles and AI art or maybe it's just that I can't imagine people actually putting their time into reading this

yup. how are you ever supposed to compete with that capital moat? and I'm not an Elon hater, I just don't see how this system can be sustained

nobody is paying engineers for "capable of", they're paying for performance and results.. if there was no difference in performance or results, nobody would be using LLMs or agent harnesses like claude code

I suspect this is what it is, the money got to everyone's head not too long ago we were amazed at Apple hitting $1 trillion mkt cap and elon reaching $100 bil now we're waiting for the first trillionaires to show up

;-) as if you're supposed to buy like 8 H200s or something or code by hand is the solution I don't get how this is a gotcha, there simply is no world where everyone has their own self hosted frontier model

it's not really over dramatic, considering it's entirely plausible they'd just ban your whole account, it's not like it'd impact even 0.000001% of users, who cares about them

Googlers expect the consumers of their products to be Googlers who can just read up on the internal info or ping someone etc they don't understand the concept of external users being a thing that's the impression I've gotten

did you forget about the insane Claude Code usage limits a few months back? those were only relieved once they did the Colossus deal with SpaceX are you only saying that because of Elon?

I think if you've got the money, you should set up a coding harness that you can plug to openrouter and then be able to switch quickly, as these new models seem to be coming out pretty regularly now switching subs is kind of a PITA sin

I don't know how old you are, so maybe you've forgot how it's like to be that old, but by 7 you're way past that age... crossing streets is not like going to war.. I think this is probably the reason why these cases come
