GDPR has been known for 3-4 years and was finalised in 2016. They should have had 2-3 years to go through their systems. If a business can't do that, it indicates that they don't have control of the information in the first place.

The final law was finalised in 2016 and was expected since at least 3-4 years ago when the agreement was made in the EU parliament. Startups: It costs money to develop the systems to process personal data in the first place. I don't

I think creatures that don't feel pain would not survive long in the wild. If they don't feel pain they would not have any reason for avoiding dangerous situations.

In Norway the banks started using 2F in the late 90s I think. I remember sheets of paper with codes that were only used once. Each action (login or transfer) would prompt for a specific number that had to be entered. Fortunately they change

The number from Norway is from a single mass shooting in 2011 where a man shot children trapped on an island. There have never been anything like that before or later. He killed more people than the total number of murder victims in an aver

I think you misread the comment. The poster says that the classes did not have the word «factory» in the name. The functionality was the same.

I have good experiences with the free version of SoapUI. It is branded as a test automation tool, but can also work well as a client. Just import your WSDL and it will generate requests for you. https://www.soapui.org

What use did you have from the getter? That seems like a situation where you would only change the setter (or a builder if you use that pattern).

Why assume raids? Vikings were also traders and travelled far. They might as well have bought the cloth in Byzantium.

I am not at a computer noe, so I can’t test it, but do you take redirects into account? I hope you are not just whitelisting the initial URL, but also any URL’s it redirects to. If you don’t already, you should probably just disable redirec

According to Wikipedia, NSA is also tasked with the protection of U.S. communications networks and information systems. By not disclosing the exploits they find, they put the information systems at risk. If they can find it, someone else ca

I can't even imagine how something like that can be implemented. Even if you put the most junior developer on this, something so serious should have been reviewed by someone. At least do a quick search on stack overflow or something.

I think this incident is a very good argument for why NSA and the agencies in other countries should focus on publishing known exploits. This was probably not one that was known, but it shows what could happen if criminals get access.
