I have the same problem. The airlines are pretty smart about this problem to ensure their passengers don’t get caught up in this - I’ve had them change the name on my booking before at check in because the travel agent didn’t do it right. A

Embrace, extend, extinguish. Justified or not, Microsoft's history makes it hard for me to trust them. AWS have wiped over $2000 in excess charges incurred by one of our instances' data transfer - we set up an alert after that - t

There are so many externalities that aren't accounted for when you sell it for a dollar a litre, it's unfair to future generations. Also, Norway isn't all that excessive in international comparison: http://www.aip

You mean the same driver update that broke my VPN with no fix no matter how long I looked without a reinstall? 'pretty fine' is always going to be a subjective thing.

Just as a hypothetical example, let's say I want to hook up a Wiimote to an Android device. The Wiimote cannot enter a code and hit enter, but apart from that it's a normal Bluetooth device. Pre-Android 4.2, it was perfectly fine

The Bluetooth driver for quite a few Lenovo Thinkpads is a 210 MiB download. It includes btrez.dll (two seemingly near identical copies for x64 and one for x86, each about 25 MB) and all of the .NET 4.0 runtime, among other things.
