I always find it interesting to listen US citizen answer "What would it take for you to not consider your country a democracy?" and admire the wide range of answers and denials.

It would have been about Apple it probably would have said "Apple starts charging 20% fees on the AppStore"

I don't think this is intentional to cut cost. I simply think that the chip was primarily made for devices with one port (iPhone, iPad) and this is a bit of an afterthought. I wouldn't be surprised to see a future product with 2x

I used to love using em-dashes in my texts, especially in titles. Now I am way too afraid of appearing as using an LLM while I do my best to redact everything by myself :') Bye bye em-dash, we had a nice run together. I might start usi

This is not true. There is now a skill gap. There are countless examples that it isn't about being cheaper. The organisation and optimization of the workforce and infrastructure isn't something we can ignore. The choice of China i

I remember not long ago arguing that having Chromium become a monopoly was a bad thing, as it would mean Google could totally twist the web standard in something much more closed. I think this is a prime example.

When bandwidth matters, when you don't want to over or under provision, when you need multiple seats: if you make a project with a small team, Render is going to be quite expensive because of the cost of each seat while Railway offers

Sorry, I wasn't saying you should split, I wanted to say that depending on what type of apps you are more leaning into one makes a bit more sense than the other. Render with their own CDN is quite good for frontend apps. In comparison,

Railway for backend APIs. Render for front-end apps. That's my current go-to. Although I would consider, _when possible_, using Vercel or Netlify.

Not the person you asked but I am thinking of France and Germany. France has Station F ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Station_F ). There are also Portugal, Spain and Romania that are rising contenders. I am also very du

I am not sure on what you are basing this. Even the post itself looks written by an LLM. I might be wrong, things are always evolving and it is going to be more and more difficult to spot. But I was genuinely asking OP, and I don't hav

This is not always true. LLMs do get nerfed, and quite regularly, usually because they discover that users are using them more than expected, because of user abuse or simply because it attract a larger user base. One of the recent nerfs is
