This article uses lambda function to change a column's dtype, but that is highly inefficient, and impractical once data size grows. Not sure it's because the article is relatively old (2016).

Response time was ultimately why I discarded foot pedal after going trouble of setting it up. Brain to foot response time was too long for me and it significantly degraded productivity, especially since modifier keys are meant to be pushed

I think we should view them as what we are trying to represent, not what they really are. Besides, with the same logic int32 or int64 isn't really an integer in a sense that it can't represent 2^64.
