Who says they're not going to sell at transparent and fair prices? Land is sold in public markets, it's not hard to tell if there's any cronyism. The public owns land with a certain value, a lot of that land is not being used

The main evidence is to take these companies at their word instead of assuming they're trying to cover something up. They're willing to allow payments for 90% of fetishes but exclude the other 10%. Are they really drawing the line

It really isn't. Fraud risk is something that can be actuarially managed by setting appropriate fees and surcharges on at-risk sites. It would be a huge profit opportunity if they were allowed to take it. This is part of a broad effort

It's not lack of regulation that causes businesses to shut down accounts associated with "indecent" content. It's heavy handed regulation that means payment processing companies have to glance over their shoulder every m

Lots of professional software outside of software development is Windows-only. For a 3d hobbyist, lack of Photoshop and ZBrush makes Linux very hard to switch to.

That doesn't necessarily solve the problem - you can still gerrymander quite a lot by strategically placing the centroids. An effective solution has to ensure the vote outcomes are not skewed. Simple geometrical constraints aren't

I'm glad this is the only comment on this article, the TSA is an inane joke. It's easy enough to slip weapons etc. through airport security. (I've brought a pack of blades for my safety razor on almost every flight I've

Mixed DPI should ultimately be fixed under Wayland. Not sure what the current status is either, but at least it should be possible in theory, whereas mixed DPI goes against X protocol too fundamentally to be worth hacking on.
